How Pilates works: Pilates works in a different  way to other fitness techniques in that it targets the deep postural muscles and works by building strength from the inside out. It promotes good posture and can change the way you look, feel and move pilates can reshape, rebalance and realign the body, making it longer, leaner and more supple. It is also one of the most effective forms of exercise for achieving flat abdominal muscles.
